It is a crime that football suffers from hooliganism but also from trigger happy police that cannot distinguish between who is good and who is bad. But the problem is not football, it is society. This problem must be confronted by policing and life time bans. If possible, the creation of “visas” and “passports” by the Football Associations will be great at least to initially resolve the problem.

Los problemas sociales en el futbol no es unica y exclusivamente del deporte. El problema abarca la sociedad en que nos toco vivir. Hay que frenar las actividades antisociales en nuestros medios y la responsabilidad debe recaerse con todo el mundo pues nosotros somos jefes de nuestro destino.
