A statement from George Phillies on Liberty Decides:

The use of my name and likeness by the LNC Liberty Decides program is 

being done directly contrary to my expressed wishes.  I declined to 

participate.   The use is also in violation of prior LNC

 representations 

to me that my participation was voluntary.
