Chivas 2-2 San Luis

Chivas of Guadalajara and San Luis played their latest game in the 2007 to 2008 Mexican League Game in Jalisco Stadium in Guadalajara, Jalisco State in Mexico. The game was transmitted live via Telefutura the sister station of the US Latin Station Univision.

The first half got off to a big start with a goal by Alfredo Moreno within the first eight minutes of the game which gave San Luis a one point advantage. This had to be humiliating for the people of Guadalajara especially since a referee unfairly booked another Chivas Player named Rodriguez within eighteen minutes.

The booking lead to an opportunity for San Luis to goal and Tressor Moreno proved that the head can be used in more ways than one without head butting by scoring a second goal for San Luis. San Luis appeared to be enjoying the humilliation of Chivas of Guadalajara within their own home stadium.

San Luis was excited with stupor to the point that one of its players Adrian Martinez decided that he was going to help San Luis make history. Adrian Martinez made history but in the wrong way when he scored an own goal and revived the prospects of Chivas of Guadalajara. The fans of Chivas of Guadalajara were excited and the people of San Luis were angry at Adrian Martinez.

The game continued with its substitutions, the struggle between the two teams, and one red card for one of the members of San Luis for a random act of violence. It was not until the player of the game Omar Bravo managed to surprise the stadium by scoring an equalizer in order to save Chivas of Guadalajara from humiliation.

Even though Chivas of Guadalajara remains in first place in the Mexican League followed by San Luis, Chivas of Guadalajara has to learn to play forcefully while San Luis must learn not to be arrogant in its future games.
