Mugabe’s Government has banned ALL Political Rallies in Harare. Mugabe’s Government also announced that Mr. Mugabe will not attend the SADC [Southern African Development Community] talks to be held on Saturday the 12th of April 2008. In the light of this development, there is the possibility of martial law. Again, anyone including those inside Zimbabwe who wants to contribute to this story may do so.
