Mugabe: «Brown A Tiny Dot»

After Prime Minister Gordon Brown declared that the International Community [as well as Brown] lost patience with Mugabe, Mugabe replied with the following: «Brown is the world? Sure, the world is losing patience, but I know Brown is a little tiny dot in this world». In the meanwhile, Mugabe is sending a delegation to the SADC Conference in Zambia to avoid a public rebuke. Regardless, the SADC may not apply leverage. South African President Mbeki is not going to apply pressure since he says: «Have patience with Mugabe». Mbeki had visited Harare to meet with Mugabe before going to Zambia and denied the existence of a crisis in Zimbabwe. The only way to apply pressure would be FIFA transferring the World Cup of 2010 to the USA, Canada, and or Great Britain. I hope that it is not too late but I have to say that for the inaction of the SADC will lead to the problems of Zimbabwe spilling over into its neighbouring countries. I hope I am wrong but history shows otherwise.
