I was never surprised that NBC as well as the other mainstream media barred Mike Gravel and Ron Paul from the debates of the Republicans and Democratic Party during the so called circus called the Carcass, I mean Caca, no I mean Caucus as well as the Presidential Primaries. The fact that the maintsream media barred Mike Gravel as well as Ron Paul is for one simple reason, they do not want to lose power and they are intolerant of different viewpoints. On the other hand, Al Jazeera and Press TV deserves to be congratulated on giving publicity to Mike Gravel and Ron Paul. Many bloggers also deserve congratulations for giving publicity to Mike Gravel, Ron Paul, as well as to members of the Green Party of the United States of America and The Libertarian Party. The Voice of North America is another radio station in the internet that deserves praise for giving publicity to Gravel, Paul, and the Libertarian Party. The above mentioned institutions have shown that objectivity in elections is necessary for an informed people to make a choice.

It is a crime that NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, and other members of the Mainstream Media in the United States of America love to talk about human rights violations in Iran and boycotting the Beijing Olympics for the same human rights violations yet use every method to exclude candidates that they do not like or at least make them look bad. Personally, NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, and other members of the mainstream media have little or no significance since the number one choice of an informed citizenry has been Al Jazeera, Press TV, The Voice of North America, Helium, Merinews, and other stations and papers. Even the Liberty News Network and Green News Network is more significant than the US Mainstream Media. NBC with its act has shown itself to be biased and discriminatory against candidates that they do not agree with and that is not the way democracy works.

I would like to point out that if I want serious journalism, I go to places like the BBC, Liberty News Network, Green News Network, Merinews, Helium, Press TV, Deutsche Welle, Radio Nederlands, Radio Prague, Radio Romania International, Al Jazeera, Press TV, and the Voice of North America. I also go to Now Public.com. If I want comedy, I just simply watch the United States Mainstream Media.
