According to the BBC and an Independent Human Rights Group that is monitoring the Chinese Vessel An Yue Jiang, the Vessel is heading towards Maputo, Mozambique with the hope of transporting the arms to Zimbabwe via Mozambique. The Director of the Southern Africa Litigation Centre [Nicole Fritz] announced that she will pursue the matter of the An Yue Jiang with Mozambique. It was premature to say that a victory has ocurred even though the South African Labour Unions deserve praise.
