It has been confirmed that the leaked result shows Tsvangerai leading Mugabe by four points with MDC 47% and Mugabe 43%. But Tsvangerai has insisted that he won with 50.3% of the vote and that Mugabe is the one who should stand down. This information was obtained from The Times in South Africa and the Zimbabwe Situation as well as BBC News. There was more information as Tendai Biti [Secretary General of the MDC] declared that Tsvangerai won with 50.2% of the vote and that Mugabe should stand down without a run off election. The US Embassy in Harare Zimbabwe has turned over proof of state sponsored terrorism to the ZANU-PF Government [which is the equivalent of turning over a rape victim to the rapist]. Churches have issued warnings about the Zimbabwe Situation, Mugabe was openly criticized at the HIFA [Harare International Festival of the Arts], and Junior Resident Physicians have announced industrial action and a strike against the policies of Mugabe.
