According to the ZANU-PF [Mugabe] Newspaper called The Herald, ZANU-PF [Mugabe] has challenged the results of 52 constituencies while MDC has challenged 51 constituencies in an election and or post election campaign that has become tense. There is the possibility that the MDC Victory in Parliament could be overturned.
During this period, Orla Guerin [a reporter for the BBC who has been reporting in Zimbabwe undercover as the BBC is banned in Zimbabwe] has reported on the attempts of ZANU-PF to practice electoral cleansing. The purpose of electoral cleansing has been to expel opposition voters from their areas of residence with the purpose of «punishing» them for voting MDC. It is also in line with some ZANU-PF Officials in «reeducating» people on how to vote.
