It appears that the Political and Financial Crisis in Zimbabwe has affected the Football [Soccer] Clubs. The Zimbabwe Football [Soccer] Team called the Dynamos may be thinking about withdrawing from their game against Etoile du Sahel in Tunisia. The reason is the price of the trip which is $50,000 US Dollars or its equivalent of $ 10 Trillion Zimbabwe Dollars. Another team that is withdrawing unless they have enough money are the Highlanders of Bulawayo. The Highlanders were going to play in the Sudan when they felt the same monetary pressures. Both teams want the government to pay for their trips to their tournaments. Unfortunatly, ZANU-PF [Mugabe] has other things to think about and sports are not their priority.
