The Times reports that hospitals in Zimbabwe have received orders from ZANU-PF and Mugabe to not treat opposition victims who have received beatings and torture. In Bulawayo, Zimbabwe; Paradzai Zumondi [Chief of Zimbabwe’s Prison System] has been funding, feeding, and giving comfort to the ZANU-PF «War Veterans” and Militia in order to continue their torture, and killings of MDC Supporters. The story from Bulawayo has been reported by ZPP [Zimbabwe Peace Projects]. There have also been reports of the arrest of 58 MDC Supporters just Northeast of Harare. ZEC [Zimbabwe Electoral Commission] has not set a date for elections. I am afraid that Zimbabwe will be having another nightmare. This needs the urgent attention of the world.
