The reasons for the demise of the Republicans as well as the Democratic Party has been the placing of the interests of the party above the nation, the denial of the rights of the Libertarians and other political parties to compete on an even scale secondary to discriminatory ballot access laws, the decision to go to war in Iraq which has left the American Nation drained physically as well as emotionally, and the fact that the Republicans and Democrats have lost touch with the realities of the United States of America. The same can apply to the Mainstream Media and Special Interest Groups that cater to the Republican and Democratic Party.
The Republican Party [as well as the Democratic Party] is also digging its own grave secondary to the abuse of gasoline prices under the guise of the «free» economy which does not exist. The Republicans and Democrats started the war in Iraq with the intention of procuring cheap fuel but gasoline prices have increased to almost Five Dollars in certain areas of the United States of America. The Republican and the Democratic Party are dying a slow death since they are running out of ideas for the twenty first century and are finding refuge in the safe and well known ideas of the twentieth century that are old fashioned in today’s world. The old ideas have grown dim and the world is changing while the Republican and Democratic Party continues its Big Brother Attitude.
The Republican Party with their big government and arrogant attitude have driven many members away. People who have left the Republican Party or belong to the Republican Party and Libertarian Party at the same time are Bob Barr [Libertarian Party Candidate for President of the United States of America], Dr. Munger [Libertarian Party Candidate for Governor of North Carolina], Superdell [Libertarian Party Candidate for Governor of Utah], Dr. Ron Paul, Wayne Allyn Root [Vice Presidential Candidate of the Libertarian Party for Vice President of the United States of America], George Phillies [Candidate for the Libertarian Party Nomination for US President], and Andy Horning [Libertarian Party Candidate for Governor of Indiana].
While the Republicans and Democrats would like to use the old Mark Twain Phrase: «Rumours of My Death Have Been Greatly Exagerrated», the opposite is happening. The Republicans and Democrats may not die immediately but will die with the passage of time. The people and the so called experts of the mainstream media in the United States of America may be ignorant of this reality out of choice or because they have not noticed the rigor mortis [death throes]. I would not be surprised if the news that the Republican and Democratic Party have disbanded, is bankrupt, or died would go unnoticed as well by a public that has reached new heights in apathy.
