It appears that a member of the Jamaican Olympic Team has tested positive for an illegal substance just a few days before the Olympic Games begin. This was according to a declaration by the Chief of the Jamaican Olympic Association Mike Fennell.I am reminded of the fact [after reading this sad news] that Sports and Drugs do not mix and those who are in Athletics do not understand that section. It is for this reason and much more that I support the stance of China and Great Britain in prohibiting their nationals from competing in their sports for their home countries [if the home country is China or Great Britain]. Every rule has a reason and that is to deter others from making the same errors in judgment.
Maybe the sports world should take a look at China and Great Britain and learn from them. Drugs and Sports do not mix. Taking Drugs to Feel Good makes a Person Sick.
