OCCIDENTE: DEVUELVA A CHINA LOS ARTICULOS ROBADOS

Durante mis visitas a la página cibernética de Radio Internacional de China y sus programas mediante la onda corta, entere de la lucha para las estatuas del bronce. Es una lucha entre la República Popular China y el imperialismo occidental incluyendo Francia.

El origen de la discordia tuvo lugar en 1860 cuando las fuerzas del imperialismo occidental Inglaterra y Francia invadieron y saquearon el Palacio Yangmingguan. El imperialismo occidental decapitaron las estatuas de bronce como reliquia de su barbaridad.

Un Siglo y Medio después, Sotheby’s [una compañía de subasta] atrevió vender alguno de los artículos robados. Un patriota chino logro recuperar los artículos robados pero anuncio que no pagaría a Sotheby’s.

Considero que el patriota chino y la República Popular China tienen la razón. El Occidente robo los tesoros nacionales de China y deben regresar los tesoros robados a la República Popular China. El Occidente habla tanto de los derechos humanos pero trata a China con indignidad.

El Occidente incluyendo a Inglaterra, Francia, y sus compañías deben sentirse avergonzado por su actitud. Incluso, deben regresar los tesoros lo antes posible como parte de buena fe. Apoyo a la República Popular China en su lucha legal para recuperar lo que le pertenece.

 

TO THE WEST: RETURN TO CHINA WHAT WAS STOLEN

While visiting the webpage of CRI English and listening to their programmes on my shortwave radio, I heard about the relics from China being sold illegally by Sotheby’s which is the auctioning company.

It all started in 1860 when Anglo-French Forces destroyed Yangminguan Palace and decapitated 12 bronze relics as a “souvenir”. Almost a Half Century Later, Sotheby’s auctioned some of the pieces. The auction itself is illegal since Sotheby’s sold stolen goods.

One Chinese Patriot managed to recover the stolen goods but declared that he will not pay for them since they were stolen. I applaud this individual and the People’s Republic of China in their struggle to recover what belongs to them rightfully.

If the West is serious about human rights, it would pressure Sotheby’s to return to the People’s Republic of China the stolen head without any preconditions. An injustice must be corrected. I support the People’s Republic of China in its struggle to recover what was stolen.
