Many people have asked why write a book about the scandal of Alberto Cutie. There have been people who have dared to make suggestions about living off a scandal. The reasons are many and will be dealt with in this article.
The saga of Alberto Cutie will probably continue for a long time and has reached historical proportions. The book had to be written and published for future generations using the articles that I wrote in Now Public.
Another reason for writing and publishing «The Fall of Father Oprah: The Saga of Alberto Cutie» was to be the one of the first in having written a book about the scandal. Up to the time the book was written, [at least the search engines have not shown them] there were no books written
The third and last reason was an internal debate between being a Catholic, getting the truth out, and defending fellow writers and citizen journalists. The truth and the citizen journalists had to prevail especially when there has been an attempt to silence any news about this scandal of the century.
The fact that he was able to not appear in court and the letters threatening journalists such as Graciela Mori [from GEMS TV] with lawsuits for defamation [this was from Ms. Cannelis Lawyer a so called Dr. Pappas] simply reinforced the need to write and publish the book even if the story continues.
The Catholic Church may have kept tabs on AC but the lure of stardom and publicity ultimately did him in. His ability to rush to judgment may have hurt as well. This is my opinion.
