Al cantar en Cuba Esclava, Juanes fusilará la verdad

Declara el Colegio Nacional de Periodistas de la República de Cuba (Exilio)

MIAMI, FL – «El cantante Juanes tiene el derecho a cantar en cualquier parte del mundo, incluso en Cuba Esclava. Nadie debe negarle ese derecho. Pero Juanes no tiene derecho a burlarse de la inteligencia del público o de intentar engañarnos», afirma el Colegio Nacional de Periodistas de la República de Cuba en el Exilio, reconocida organización profesional defensora de la libertad de prensa y de expresión en Cuba Esclava y a nivel internacional desde 1960.

«Al alegar que cantará en Cuba Esclava con el fin de ‘promover la paz’, Juanes se burla de la inteligencia del público e intenta engañarlo, pues Juanes cantará en franca colaboración con un detestado régimen militar y guerrerista que usurpó el poder y se mantiene mediante la violencia, las armas y el terrorism o de estado», afirman a nombre del Colegio, su decano Vicente P. Rodríguez, los vice decanos Eladio José Armesto, Jesús Angulo y Salvador Romaní, y el secretario Roosevelt Bernal.

Prácticamente todos los sujetos que ostentan el poder en Cuba Esclava son militares o ex militares castristas. Ellos mantienen al sojuzgado país completamente militarizado, mientras promueven incesantemente la guerra y el terrorismo a nivel mundial.

Irónicamente, Juanes canceló su concierto a realizarse en Honduras alegando que no quería legitimizar el actual gobierno constitucional de esa hermana república. ¿Cómo es que un individuo supuestamente de paz como Juanes quiera cantar en Cuba Esclava para legitimizar un régimen militar totalitario como el de los tiranos Castro?

¿Será posible que Juanes ignore que un concierto en Cuba Esclava sólo serviría para perfumar el hedor del totalitarismo castrista y fusilar en el corazón de La Habana la innegable verdad de medio siglo de violencia, terror y muerte?

Recapacite, amigo Juanes, y únase a los que verdaderamente apoyan la paz. Únase a los que claman por la desaparición del guerrerista régimen castrista. Ponga su canción al servicio de los que por medio siglo luchan heroicamente por la liberación del pueblo cubano, del yugo militar socialista.

By Singing in Enslaved Cuba, Juanes Executes The Truth

MIAMI, FL – «Singer Juanes has the right to go sing wherever he wants, including Marxist-Enslaved Cuba. No one should deny him that right. But Juanes does not have the right to insult the public’s intelligence or attempt to deceive us,» affirms the National Journalists Association of the Republic of Cuba (in Exile), well known professional organization defending freedom of the press in Enslaved Cuba and internationally, since 1960.

«In stating that he wants to sing in Enslaved Cuba to «promote peace,» Juanes mocks the public’s intelligence and attempts to deceive us, since Juanes will sing in unequivocal collaboration with a detested war-mongering military regime that usurped power and keeps it through violence, repression, and state sanctioned terrorism,» declare for the Association, its Dean Vicente P. Rodríguez, Vice Deans Eladio José Armesto, Jesús Angulo and Salvador Romaní, and Secretary Roosevelt Bernal.

Practically all the individuals who hold power in Enslaved Cuba are either active or retired Castroite military personnel. They keep the oppressed country completely militarized, while incessantly promoting wars and terrorism on a world scale.

Ironically, Juanes canceled a concert scheduled for Honduras alleging that he did not want to legitimize the current constitutional government of that sister republic. How can Juanes, an individual who supposedly seeks peace, want to sing in Cuba and legitimize the totalitarian military regime of the Castro tyrants?

How can Juanes ignore the fact that a concert in Enslaved Cuba would only serve to perfume the stench of Castro’s totalitarianism and would, in the heart of Havana, execute the glaring Truth of half a century of violence, terror, and death?

Reconsider, dear Juanes, and join those who truly support peace. Join those who demand the disappearance of the war-mongering Castro regime. Put your song at the service of those who for over half a century heroically struggle for the liberation of the Cuban people from the socialist military yoke oppressing them.
