In a surprise twist of the story surrounding the upcoming concert of Juanes in Cuba, Amaury Perez was interviewed by Oscar Haza who is host of the America Teve 41 Round Table Discussion Show «A Mano Limpia» [Clean Hands].

During the interview, Amaury Perez [who is one the Cuban Singers who will be performing in the Juanes concert [and is a supporter of the Castro Government in Cuba] «deplored» the lack of exile participation in the concert. He repeatedly stated that he would not mind seeing Exile Artists performing in Cuba talking about an «opening that will not stop».

He also condemned the recent jailing of Panfilo for complaining about the lack of food in Cuba in front of cameras. Back in the USA, Mambisa Watch is planning on a steamrolling ceremony of CDs of artists who perform in Cuba with Juanes.

There have been reports that Olga Tanon [Puerto Rican Singer] is on her way to Cuba to perform. She declared that she does not think that she will lose any fans because of her concert. Miguel Bose [Spanish Singer] who will participate in the concert says that the «pain of the Cuban Exile Community is understandable but has lead to a form of «immobilism».

Any concert would have to include exiles but also members of the US Cuban Community since there are artists who are US Latins [born in USA but with roots in Cuba]. Again, only time will tell what will happen in the concert. In closing, the underwriter is trying to obtain information about a quote that Miguel Bose said during the Twin Tower Attacks in which he defended the attacks.
