While Miami Florida is hosting the Super Bowl XLIV and there are some people [including the underwriter] who is going to watch the game for enjoyment. The idea of a victory for the New Orleans Saints would do poetic justice for the city and the team. While Indianapolis has a great team, it has won Super Bowls.

The New Orleans Saints and the city of the South deserves to win the Super Bowl XLIV for their struggle to just simply classify for the event. Who could ever forget when New Orleans was devastated by Hurricane Katrina in the year 2005? The city was damaged and people thought that there would not be a New Orleans Saint since there would not be a city with that name

Who cannot forget the breakdown in coomunication, the people who were homeless, and the sense of abandonment of New Orleans by the United States of America under the Bush Administration [Republican] as well as the Democratic Congress? At least that is how things were perceived by the people who were interviewed after the Hurricane.

The Saints had to practice outside of their city and at the same time help the victims of the Hurricanes. The games that were to be held in New Orleans were in other cities. The reason was that the home stadium of the Saints was damaged beyond repair and was being used as a refuge for those escaping the storm.

The team suffered losses in the NFL Football Seasons from 2005 until they were able to strike gold during the NFL 2009 Season. The road to a comeback was like a rose fillwed with thorns yet the Saints defied the odds.

They defied odds during the 2009 NFL Season and were able to rack up victories with their offense as well as defense. The Saints were underestimated and they rose to the occasion to defeat even established teams. It appeared as if the Saints had come back from near obliviion and were marching again stronger as ever.

The Saints ave become popular in Miami Florida with supermarkets advertising them alonside the Colts like any other team that is going to the Super Bowl. The surprise is that the Saints have made it to the playoffs and the Super Bowl in spite of the odds. While it is important for everybody to enjoy the Super Bowl XLIV, it is important the reasons [even humanitarian] why the New Orleans Saints deserve to win.
