Miguel Sabah has been excluded from participating in the 2010 World Cup with the Mexican National Football/Soccer Team also known as El Tri. According to a press release from the team, he reason has been a rupture of the tendon in the right part of his leg.
The lesion has left him out for six weeks and Mexico is with one less player for the 2010 World Cup. Regardless, El Tri has been exploring the possibilities of other substitutes according to its director Nestor De La Torre.
One of the possibilities is Javier [Chicharito] Hernandez who has expressed his desire to play for Mexico in the 2010 World Cup. The other possibilities that are being explored at the present time has been Adolfo Batista, Alberto Medina, and Cuauhtemoc Blanco.
It remains to be seen what will transpire but El Tri will have to get its act together and avoid further complications such as injuries before the opening game of the 2010 World Cup. The first game of the 2010 World Cup will be between South Africa [also known as Bafana Bafana] and Mexico [El Tri].
