In the early 1980’s, The Clash made a hit with their song «Should I Stay Or Should I Go.»

It appears  the rumor mill is buzzing with Bob Bradley either staying as coach of US Soccer or leaving for Aston Villa.

The people and some of the mainstream press representatives announced that Bob Bradley had resigned as US Soccer Coach.

The same reports link Mr. Bradley to a possible job as coach of the English Premier League Team Aston Villa.

Aston Villa is currently finding a successor for Martin O’Neill, who recently resigned. Aston Villa is currently owned by Randy Lerner, a US Citizen.

The club is currently studying the possibility of Bradley, Maradona, or Martin Jol (of Ajax) coaching the team.

While there are people who have proclaimed the resignation of Bob Bradley as Coach, Neil Buethe (who is the Senior Communications Manager for US Soccer) has told Reuters that negotiations with Mr. Bradley are ongoing and will continue in the future.

It remains to be seen what will transpire in this never ending saga. I predict Bob Bradley will accept the offer from Aston Villa and resign as US Soccer Coach.

Bradley will be replaced by another coach either from Europe, South America, or within the USA who will take US Soccer to a higher level.
