KINGDOM OF SERBIA ASSOCIATION MARKS SAINT PATRON DAY AT THE WHITE PALACE

Belgrade, 24 February 2011 – Kingdom of Serbia, the monarchist association under auspices of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander, has marked its Saint Patron Day tonight at the White Palace. This ceremony was hosted by Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine, and was very well attended. Ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Alexander Konuzin, ambassador of Russian federation, members of the Crown Council Mr. Matija Beckovic and Prof. Dr Dragoljub Kavran and Mr. Milorad Savicevic, member of the Crown Cabinet, and many other distinguished guests.

HRH Crown Prince Alexander II addressed the guests at the reception and wished them happy St. Patron’s Day St. Symeon myroblytai. Mr. Bojan Starcevic, president of Kingdom of Serbia Association, also delivered a speech.

Guests enjoyed very good program performed by singing society Mokranjac from St. Sava temple, who opened ceremony with original version of “Boze pravde” national anthem. After that film about Kingdom of Serbia Association was presented.

Kingdom of Serbia is biggest monarchist association in Serbia, with over 10000 members and 50 branches all over the country.
