EEUU VS Argentina En Amistoso 26-III-2011

Inicio el partido amistoso entre EEUU y Argentina en el Estadio New Meadowlands en East Rutherford, Nueva Jersey. Ambos países participaron en la Copa Mundial 2010.

Los EEUU gano dos veces a Argentina en sus partidos. La primera vez fue en el 1995 Copa América con una victoria de 3 a 0. La segunda victoria fue en el 1999 en el Estadio RFK en Washington DC.

El resultado de aquella victoria fue 1-0 y el autor del gol era Joe-Max Moore.

La clasificación FIFA Coca Cola del 9 de Marzo 2011 coloca a Argentina en cuarto lugar con 1412 puntos. Los EEUU esta en 19 lugar con 894 puntos.

 

Primer Tiempo

Argentina tuvo el dominio del partido aunque los EEUU logro una resistencia dejando el partido sin un gol. La primera tarjeta amarilla fue para los EEUU en los 35 minutos por una falla.

Los EEUU comenzaron su despertar a los 37 minutos y estaba funcionando con carga eléctrica. Desgraciadamente, comenzó su descuido en todas las esferas.

Argentina aprovecho un descuido en la defensa de los EEUU para anotar el primer gol a los 42 minutos. El autor del gol era Cambiasso. La respuesta del público fue gritar consignas como “USA USA USA”.

EEUU debe responder con agresividad para anotar un empate y/o ganar.  Pero tendrá que ver si es posible en el segundo tiempo.

Segundo Tiempo

Ambos países están mostrando las uñas con los EEUU intentando un empate. Por poco EEUU anota un gol pero está ejerciendo presión.

Los EEUU logro el gol del empate con una patada directa hacia el centro de la derecha. El autor del empate es Agudelo pero Argentina sigue la resistencia.

Ambos equipos lucharon con avanzar y el partido siguió con un ritmo eléctrico. EEUU recibió su tarjeta amarilla pero por lo menos logro ser respetado en el futbol.

The US Soccer Team faced Argentina in their friendlies at New Meadowlands Stadium at East Rutherford, New Jersey. It was the first time that the US Soccer team used its new motto (Indivisible) with a new red uniform.

The US has won its two matches against Argentina in 1995 and 1999. The first victory was during the 1995 Copa America. The result was a 3 to 0 which surprised Argentina. The second victory was at the RFK Stadium at Washington DC in 1999.

The result of the 1999 victory was one to zero and the person who contributed to the victory Joe-Max Moore.

The FIFA Coca Cola Ranking of March 2011.ranks Argentina in fourth place with 1,412 points and the USA in 19th place with 894 points.

First Half

The first goal was by Esteban Cambiasso who took advantage of a weak defense in the goal post to score a direct kick. Cambiasso did this within 42 minutes and the reaction of the US Soccer fans were to scream «USA USA USA».

Argentina was dominating the game although the USA was offering some resistance. The problem with the USA was that it was weak in many flanks such as the defense. The first yellow card of the game was for the USA at 35 minutes for a foul.

Regardless, the first match was exciting secondary to some of the near goals and near misses on both sides. If anything, the USA is proving that it cannot be underestimated.

The first half ends with Argentina enjoying a 1-0 advantage.

Second Half

The USA and Argentina started off with both teams offering an exciting beginning. Argentina attempted to maintain its advantage or widen its lead.

The USA attempted to pressure Argentina in the hope that it would eventually weaken. The result of this plan is to attempt an equalizer and maybe a victory.

The Indivisible scored an equalizer with a direct kick to the center of the goal from the right side post by Agudelo. The US Soccer fans are enjoying themselves but Argentina continued to attempt another goal.

The results has been some near misses with resistance from the goalie of the US Soccer Team. Both teams disputed each game and words were exchanged. The temperature in the stadium was hot with US Soccer Fans supporting their team.

At one time, the USA receives another yellow card for foul.

The USA was able to block the advance of Argentina and prove that Indivisible cannot be underestimated.
