Charles Aznavour (Paris, May 22, 1924) is a French singer of Armenian origin, also lyricist and actor.
Besides being one of the oldest and most popular singers in France, he is also one of the best-known French singers abroad. He appeared in over 60 movies,composed about 850 songs (including 150 in English, 100 Italian, 70 Spanish and50 in German) and has sold well over 100 million records.
