THIRD ONCOLOGY SYMPOSIUM 2012 OFFICIALLY STARTS

Belgrade, 27 September 2012 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine hosted a reception for participants of «Third ONCOLOGY SYMPOSIUM 2012» tonight at theRoyal Palace. Among Symposium participants, renowned doctors from our country and abroad, the opening ceremony was attended also by Dr. Maja Vuckovic-Krcmar, Deputy Head of the Delegation of the European Commission and Dr. Ana Jovicevic, on behalf of the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia.

The official opening of the Third Oncology Symposium is planned for Friday 28th September 2012 at 9 a.m. in the Crystal Ballroom of the Hyatt Hotel. Besides TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine the guests will be addressed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, Minister of Health of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Mr. Vincent Degert, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Serbia, Dr. Dorit Nitcan, head of the World Health Organization in Serbia and Dr. Hedvig Hricak, director of the Department of Radiology at Memorial Sloan Ketterin Cancer Center Hospital in New York City, United States of America.
