Karen Chisholm: Why She Deserves To Be RRI Personality of the Year for 2012

Dear Radio Romania International:

I would like to nominate Karen Chisholm for RRI Personality of the Year Award 2012. The reason is her talent as a rock and roll diva in America and the world.

The other reason is her song “A Perfect World” which talks about what would transpire if the world was humane. The song is homage to peace in that the listener is challenged to think of a world without war, divorce, or any discord.

Karen Chisholm did a show based on this song with Sonia Rao and Alyse Black. The show was a resounding success since there were people in audience dreaming the same concept.

Ms. Chisholm recorded an album called “Random Year” which was a success. The album’s principal song “Rhapsody” was an animated film that was an Official Finalist in the Feel Good Film Festival located at Hollywood, California.

The animated film “Rhapsody” was an Official Finalist in another film festival located at Tennessee. The film festival was the Blue Plum Film Festival.

Karen Chisholm is recording a new album designed to bring Rock and Roll to its roots. The album is called “Cold Soul” and the t had the honor and pleasure of hearing the album.

“Cold Soul” gives the listener a sensation of going through highways and streets on the way to the beach. It is also an album for people to sit back, relax, and enjoy life while there is still an opportunity to do so.

It is also a song inviting people to know, love, and appreciate peace as well as freedom. At a time when people preach hate and war, Radio Romania International can promote peace, freedom and true rock and roll by naming Karen Chisholm RRI Personality of the Year 2012.

Thank you

Roberto Carlos Alvarez-Galloso
