Dear FTTF
I am writing because of the COPPA resolutions approved by the FTC for You Tube (and Google) as a result of a settlement between the two entities. The agreement has You Tube paying $170 million to the FTC for alleged violations of Children Privacy Laws.
The ones who are screwed are You Tube Creators like myself who have to decide for ourselves whether our channel is Chile directed.or not which could mean a $42,530 fine. Since the definitions are vague witt regard to child directed, we ask you to write to the FCC to clarify what is meant by Child Directed and not expande it to child atractivo content.
