CHUTZPAH                                            1/25/2020 [FERNANDO J. MILANES, MD]

CHUTZPAH                                            1/25/2020

In Hebrew, chutzpah is used indignantly, to describe someone who has overstepped the boundaries of accepted behavior. … Leo Rosten in The Joys of Yiddish defines chutzpah as «gall, brazen nerve, effrontery, incredible ‘guts’, presumption plus arrogance such as no other word and no other language can do justice to».
One of the basis for the abuse of power article of impeachment against President Trump, was that he withheld $400 million in military assistance to Ukraine, a move that not only endanger an ally, but also our country.    The aid though was never withheld, only delayed but what the House managers never said that 4 of the 8, lead by Jerry Nadler, along with Garcia, Jeffries and Lofgren voted against the law that appropriated the funds.

So, they voted against the aid that “could endanger and ally and our homeland!”    Lies, yes, hypocrisy, of course, but what describes this behavior is only found in Yiddish, this Dems really have chutzpah!
