France wants to postpone their Euro 2008 Group B Qualifier against the Faeroe Islands game secondary to poor landing conditions in their airport.

The French Team flew to Bergen Norway to wait out the results of the UEFA Officials. UEFA will NOT postpone the game since the rules are that both teams have to arrive at their venue 24 hours before kick off.

The story gets stranger as the UEFA Official in charge of the Euro 2008 Games between France and the Faeroe Islands is in Iceland.

Unless there has been some emergency circumstances, France has to attempt to fly or take the ferry boat between Norway and the Faeroe Islands. Regardless, France will win their Euro 2008 qualifier against the Faeroes Islands since they are in third place between Italy and Scotland and the Faeroes were the perrenial losers in these games.

FRANCIA PIDE LA UEFA CANCELACION DE JUEGOS

Francia quiere cancelar su juego de clasificacion Grupo B de Euro 2008 secondary a las perturbaciones del estado de tiempo en las Islas Faroes. Francia debe jugar su contienda contra las Islas Faroes el 14 de Octubre 2007 a las 1500 Horas GMT.

Las perturbaciones eran de gran magnitud con Francia desvaindo su avion hacia Noruega. Oficiales de Euro 2008 y de la UEFA prohibit las cancelaciones 24 horas antes de la contienda con la excepcion de casos de emergencia extrema. Incluso, la UEFA dio un ultimatum a los franceses donde Deben buscar un barco o un avion para llegar a las Islas Faroes.

La UEFA lanzo su ultimatum mientras que su represent ante del juego esta en Islandia secondaria a las perturbaciones del estado del tiempo.

Francia y el representatnte de la UEFA Deben estar presente en su juego y despues pueden entablar sus quejas. Incluso, Francia por estar en tercer lugar en su grupo gozan de una amplia ventaja sobre las Islas Faroes
