During his career, he hosted a Television Show which taught younger footballers the game called: «Ryan Giggs: Soccer Skills». «Ryan Giggs: Soccer Skills» was broadcast by the Television Stations ITV and Granada.

Ryan Giggs has also helped outside of the field with his work with UNICEF to protect children from land mines. He has also managed to remain a football player and a celebrity without flaunting it. Ryan Giggs has been the logical successor to George Best in Manchester United. For this and much more, George Best deserves a mention as footballer who is successful in his own right.
