The Miami Dolphins to Win Super Bowl?

The Miami Dolphins in its current phase have to show an improvement from the disaster that was the 2007 NFL [National Football League] Season. The 2007 Miami Dolphins was a disaster with an incompetent coach, a demoralized team, and a lack of coordination as well as discipline. In fact, the Miami Dolphins only won one game in the 2007 NFL Season. It appears that the Miami Dolphins had to hit the bottom before being able to recover. I am willing to predict that the Miami Dolphins will recover and may reach the playoffs. I will not be surprised if the Miami Dolphins reach the Super Bowl and win it after so many years of getting so close or getting so far.

The Miami Dolphins underwent radical change with the arrival of Bill Parcells who is also known as The Tuna as the Executive Vice President of Football [American Football] Operations, Jeff Ireland as General Manager, and Tony Sparano as Coach. The Tuna is a no nonsense manager and coach who do not take indiscipline and disorganization lightly. The Tuna has been instrumental in reorganizing teams such as the New England Patriots as well as the New York Jets. In the same vein as what occurred with the Patriots and the Jets, The Tuna made changes in the staff and team framework of the Miami Dolphins. The changes were not easy and some were not popular but again people cannot be pleased and all forms of change are painful.

At the present time, the Miami Dolphins have a powerful offense and defense which have the power of Category Five Hurricane. The Miami Dolphins defeated three out of four teams in the preseason and is now ready for the opening game against the New York Jets. Brett Favre made a big mistake in taking back his retirement and signing with the New York Jets. Brett Favre will probably end up eating his pride and soothing his bruised ego when the Miami Dolphins give the New York Jets a possible loss in the form of 20 to 7 in favour of the Miami Dolphins. It would be interesting to see the Miami Dolphins remove some of the energy from the New York Jets at Dolphin Stadium in Miami Florida. I am also willing to make predictions for the September 2008 games which will be Miami Dolphins defeating the Arizona Cardinals 14-7, and the Miami Dolphins defeating the New England Patriots by 14-11. My predictions are just of a personal opinion and may change during the course of the games.

My predictions for October 2008 will be the following: Miami Dolphins will defeat the San Diego Chargers 14-0, Houston Texans 20-7, Baltimore Ravens 14-7, and Buffalo Bills 14-7.
