Chivas USA’s Match at San Jose Earthquakes Changes Date and Time
Kickoff now set for Saturday, Aug. 3, beginning at 7 p.m. (PT) and will be televised on Univision Deportes Network
CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, July 17, 2013) – Chivas USA announced today that the date and time for the Red-and-White’s match against the San Jose Earthquakes, originally scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 4, at Buck Shaw Stadium, have been moved to Saturday, Aug. 3, beginning at 7 p.m. (PT), and it will be televised on Univision Deportes Network. The change was made in order to accommodate San Jose’s participation in the CONCACAF Champions League.
The Aug. 3 match will be the second of three meetings between the in-state and Western Conference rivals, as the sides played to a 2-2 draw on April 27 at the then-named Home Depot Center.
