While preparing for Hurricane Matthew, I received a great CD via the mail of music by Mandy Rowden. Her album «1000 Miles» is destined to be another classic such «These Bad Habits» for her gut filled interpretations of her own music and cover.

The first song «Let Me In» is a call for those to open up their hearts to a friend and to love. The video which can be seen in You Tube is great in that the viewer can appreciate the beauty of Texas as well as the beauty of Mandy Rowden and her music.

«1000 Miles» is another one that is great and makes me think about the area between Kendall and Homestead here in southern Florida. «Amazing Grace» is another beautiful rendition of a timeless classic beautifully crafted to reflect the realities of the current century.

«Amazing Grace» is for those who need to get closer to God or to a Spiritual sense. Ms. Rowden»s interpretation of «5 O Clock World» ROCKS and is the best one since it reminds me of freedom from routine.

In fact, I repeated this song many times while travelling between Homestead and Kendall in the Florida Turnpike. These types of trips with this music rejuvenates the soul.
