Toblerone has paid for kosher certification for years; I guess now they have decided to pay for Halal certification as well, to cover all grounds.

The way things stand in Europe nowadays, having one certification without the other would like discrimination and cause a reaction. Besides, various certifications are trendy now: vegan, GF, Soy Free, whatever else they come up with to make money.
