This year’s general election could determine the future of this great country, and assure the end of our Constitutional Republic, a social/political experiment that became an example for the world.
Indeed, if the democrat party “run the gamut” and turn the Presidency and the Senate they will do everything in their power to continue its control of all 3 equal branches of government, and establish a Socialist/Authoritarian regime. The game plan has been announced ad nauseam, and only the extreme partisans, deranged Trump haters, and “useful idiots” led by our young brainwashed “elite” deny its message.
In order to guarantee a win in future elections, they will attempt to eliminate the Electoral College, assuring the popular vote by letting illegal’s and prisoners vote using mail- in ballots. The Judicial branch will be controlled by judges that will “legislate” from the bench and dominate SCOTUS by expanding their number and nominating jurists with the same philosophy.
Many, like myself, were initially fooled by promises similar, if not identical, of “social justice”, stop “capitalistic corruption”, fair “distribution of wealth”, expanding “human rights” to include “health, education, retirement, assured income, etc”. We lived that in Cuba with the extra motivation of stopping the Batista regime, described, as Trump is now, as fascist, denier of human rights and liberty, assassin, and wanting to stay in power.
We were fooled by the “sirens call” while living in a government that took power illegally but had two elections in seven years, citizens enjoyed freedom of speech, assembly and travel, and the press, as here now, had no impediment to harshly criticize the establishment propagating multiple “fake news”.
Make no mistake, socialism is a political/economic system that will control the production of capital, if not completely or by force as in Communism and/ or National Socialism, by crony capitalism, regulations, and taxes. Again the plan is not secret as is part of the opposition party promises. When our country started, our forefathers were cognizant of human frailties and tried through our Constitution to balance individual ambitions by separation of powers, and making every citizen a master of their destiny, giving them equal rights of opportunity, not achievements.
Work, not income was the goal. Throughout our existence faults were seen, the promises of equality were not exercised and corrections were and continue to be made. This is the beauty f our Democracy, the ability to work together for common goals and dangers. What is happening now is not a pathway for improvement, but a radical change in our governance from a Constitutional Republic to a Socialist controlled one. For decades a slow but progressive erosion of our way of life has been occurring with our blind acceptance.
From religion, education, morals, to the present when we are told to sacrifice our free will to an empowered “elite” that tells us how to speak, what to watch, what to read, and how to behave! Now they will attempt the last steps, to control our capital, and ability to elect our leaders. As an independent in the last election I did not vote from either of the major party’s candidates.
Next November we are not choosing for the best candidate, but against the destruction of our nation. We have , if we value our personal freedom, to stop the Socialist (prior democrat) party from doing just that. I as many have no recourse but to vote for Trump, that even with his many shortcomings, is our only hope in stopping the usurpers. Believe me, I have lived the experience, and this country is the last bastion against the self appointed leaders achieving their goal of global domination.
