My vote in Florida Primary

Hi there friends, as you all well know, polls are now open to vote in our Florida primary elections. Like I always say, voting is our most precious right in a democracy. If we do not vote, we are conceding to all those who are out to destroy this nation.

Yes, I did go out to vote today, and I thought I would share with you how I voted. I am not saying that you should vote like I did. It is your prerogative who you chose. That said, however, I did my due diligence and studied each of the names on the ballot, so as to make the most intelligent choice possible. I urge you to do the same. That said, however following are my own personal choices. 

As a matter of rule of thumb, I stayed away from any candidates that were endorsed by the Miami Herald, if only because I think our Herald is one of the worse newspapers in the nation – they are a true Leftist organization and I would not vote for anyone that they endorse.

One more comment, as you all know, Florida has closed primaries, meaning your ballot will only have candidates that are from the Party you are registered with, except for all Circuit Judges, which are all non-partisan. Again, my ballot was a Republican ballot which is the Party that I am registered with. If you are a Democrat, the names of candidates for the Senate and Governorship will be different than mine. In other words all of my choices suggested below are strictly for Republican candidates for the Senate and the Governor.

1. My choice for the U.S. Senate:  Ashley Moody.
2. My choice for Governor: Preferred choice: Paul Renner, Second choice: Jay Collins. While Governor DeSantis has not actually endorsed any of the candidates, he has spoken highly of Paul Renner.
3. Chief Financial Officer: Braise Ingoglia.
4. Commissioner of Agriculture: Wilton Simpson
5. Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit Group 5: Monica Segura
6. Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit Group 35: Cristobal Diaz Padron.
7. Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit Group 67: Destiny Alvarez.
8. Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit Group 68: Rita Maria Baez.
9. Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit Group 76: Spencer Eig
10. Count Judge, Group 25: Luis Perez-Medina.
11. School Board Member, District 8: Monica Colucci.

So these are my choices made basically on candidates who’s background and resume lean conservative and/our outright Republican.
