Osael Romero has signed a one year contract with CD Chivas USA. CD Chivas USA is part of the MLS [Major League Soccer] Team. Osael Romero stated in an interview with a newspaper in El Salvador that «a person has to take advantages of the opportunities».

Romero participated in the FIFA CONCACAF Games of 2009 which determines who were going to classify in the 2010 World Cup. He will begin training at the end of the week. When there is more information, it will be published.
